U.B.A.D. MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS
MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS
A. Payment of Association dues.
B. Abide by the principles of the organization and support the
advancement of the goals of the organization.
C. Attendance at 3 regular meetings per calendar year or all
remaining meetings if less than 3 are held.
D. Membership Classification will be determined at the time of
payment of Association dues. Classification changes shall be
permitted at the time of annual dues renewal.
E. Reinstatement to membership to the Association shall be in
the same manner as joining the Association initially.
F. The Executive Board shall review these requirements and
have the ability to terminate membership rights for failure to
abide by these requirements. The Patch shall be immediately
returned to the Secretary upon termination.
Annual Dues
A. Annual Dues for each Membership Classification for the next
fiscal year shall be determined at the regular meeting in
October and recorded in the corporate minutes book.
B. Annual Dues shall be payable each year on the day that you signed up online, payable on line through paypal.com. You have the option through paypal to have your dues automatically paid and your membership renewed. You may also pay by check, cash or money order to U.B.A.D. Motorcycle Association Inc. P.O.Box 1453, Berea, KY. 40403
C. Annual Dues not received by 30 days after they are due shall be considered delinquent; failure to pay Annual Dues by 31st day after they are due shall result in the forfeiture of membership.
D. First year members will be issued one patch, membership certificate and
membership card. The Patch belongs to the Association and shall be returned if
membership is not renewed or terminated.
E. Associate members will be issued a 3 1/2"x 3 1/2" Associate membership patch an associate Members card.
